Evaluation Of Innovation Synergy Of Resource-oriented Enterprise Groups Under The Concept Of Value Chain

The “set rather than the group” of resource-oriented enterprise groups has caused the parties to the full use of resources,thus making its extensive business model become worse.New normal economic conditions require resource-oriented enterprise groups to carry out intensive innovation and development.in order to achieve fundamental transformation and upgrading,it needs to strengthen the collaborative innovation between parent and subsidiary companies particularly,Stand in the perspective of value chain concept,this paper combined with collaborative innovation theory and resource-based theory of innovation,summarized the research achievements and the insufficiency of Innovation Synergy.On the basis of the research,innovation synergy model is proposed in this paper.Literature induction,expert discussion and analysis of the SM group preliminary survey data build the resource-based enterprise group innovation synergy degree evaluation index system.Then,through 256 valid questionnaires,descriptive statistical analysis and reliability and validity of the questionnaire data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0.CRITIC method was used to evaluate the dimension and evaluation index of the system and make the evaluation system perfect.Finally,the composite coordination degree model and the coupling coefficient model were used to evaluate the innovation Synergy of SM Group,and putting forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the cooperative innovation between the parent company and SM group according to the evaluation result.The main innovative work and conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on value chain theory,combining the theory of collaborative innovation and innovation synergy degree of resource based theory,this study analysis results and shortage of innovation synergy.From the macro perspective of previous research,this study regard a resource-based enterprises as the research object,regarding the innovation synergy as an important index to measure the effect of collaborative innovation,from the perspective of value chain theory and resource-based theory perspective,profoundly analysis the value between nodes,knowledge and technology transfer in the process,as well as on the whole value chain of resource allocation problems,problems for future collaborative innovation provides a new perspective and theoretical basis.(2)Constructs a model of resource-oriented enterprise group innovation synergy evaluation under the concept of value chain,which includes innovation and development coordination subsystem,innovation transformation cooperation subsystem,innovation application cooperation subsystem and assistant cooperation subsystem.The innovation coordination subsystem includes two order parameters: project coordination and production coordination.The innovation transformation cooperation subsystem includes two order parameters: technical cooperation and production coordination.The innovation application cooperation subsystem includes two order parameters: marketing coordination and after-sales coordination.The assistant coordination subsystem includes purchasing coordination,basic coordination,human coordination,financial coordination and information coordination.(3)The innovation synergy system、its subsystems and order parameters are analyzed,and it is found that the innovation synergy between the SM group and the parent company is in the low level of coordination state;The innovation synergies of the subsystems are in moderate synergy state,in which the innovation and development coordination subsystem is the lowest.The technical cooperation and after-sales coordination of the synergetic parameter are the lowest.
