Research On The Core Competence Of The Agricultural Bank Of Mongolia

Core Competence is one of the key questions of enterprise strategic management, and it is the goal of commercial bank management. With the full liberalization of Mongolia's financial industry, the entry of foreign banks will pose greater challenges to the domestic commercial banks, Agricultural Bank of Mongolia as a regional city commercial bank, caught in a dilemma in the fierce competition. Therefore, the core competitiveness of Agricultural Bank has certain theoretical and practical significance. Agricultural Bank has an important role in guiding the future course of development.The object of this paper is the commercial banks, city commercial banks, as the representative of Agricultural Bank, Agricultural Bank in order to demonstrate a clear regional in2008changed its name to Agricultural Bank of Mongolia. Agricultural Bank is actually established in1997, since its inception, the support and help of the local government to obtain good results in the customer base to win a certain market. However, in the face of increasingly fierce competitive environment, Agricultural Bank in some ways to show some disadvantages, faced with more threats and challenges. Therefore, improving the core competitiveness of Agricultural Bank of Mongolia will be imminent.The main body of this article there are five main parts, the first chapter is an introduction describes the background and significance of this study, a brief description of the main content and research methods, and reviewed the literature at home and abroad on the core competitiveness of the commercial banks, drawing on the previous studies and research experience. The second chapter describes the commercial banks'core competence theory, first analyzes the theory of the core competitiveness of enterprises on the definition and characteristics of the core competitiveness of enterprises, and then focus on the meaning of the core competitiveness of commercial banks, the theoretical basis and the elements below Agricultural bank's core competitiveness of the foundation. The third chapter is to analyze the current development of the core competitiveness of Agricultural Bank, Agricultural Bank of the development process and in Ulaanbaatar city and the distribution of financial institutions, conducted a SWOT analysis focuses on the core competitiveness of Agricultural Bank, from the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, challenges four aspects of the status of Agricultural Bank.
