Science and technology business is a new form of industrial organization, which is raised around R&D and technical standards. The importance and irreplace of the business are more and more obvious. Due to the specific characteristics of the business, the development and evolution of Scientific and Technological Start-up Enterprises have attracted more and more attention. The entrepreneurial economy that strong advocated now is a new economic form which is built on the basis of new startups and innovation career. Among them, a large number of small and medium-sized science and technology business is the main forces that support economic development.From the theory of enterprise evolution and induce directed evolution, in this thesis we established a three-dimensional evolution model after the analysis of Scientific and Technological Start-up Enterprises'environment. Subsequently, the main induce genes of directed evolution was explored. Based on the effect between them, we have studied the microscopic relationship between directed evolution and induced evolution, which give a direction for fasten evolution pace. The efficient evolutionary strategies enriched the directed evolution theory of Scientific and Technological Start-up Enterprises.At first, the thesis refers to introduction. The goal and significance of the research have been presented. After the status of enterprise evolution has been summarized and reviewed, the main contents and methodology have been offered as well. Second, the dissertation has introduced the basic theory of directed evolution. The cross-disciplines introduction of biology, management and dynamic economics involved were given at first. Then the meaning of enterprise directed evolution was explained and the principles of directed evolution induce was analyzed. Followed by this, through the analysis of internal and external environment, the influence from them to directed evolution was revealed. Through case study and dynamic system simulation, the evolution dimension of scientific and technological enterprises was determined. The three-dimensional evolution model was disclosed and the standard of each stage was clarified. Starting from the theory of natural selection and individual mutations, the views of experts were summed up and the evolution model of entrepreneurial technology companies was built. And then, the dissertation has disclosed the abiotic environment using cointegration analysis, explored the causal relationship between R&D expenditure and sales revenue of new products. After the preliminary selection of induce genes, the SEM model was built to evaluate the chosen induce genes. Next, the principle of optimization was described, the equipotential map was draw, as well as the optimization strategy was put forward from different perspective, which is based on resource and market. In the last part, the main contents and results in the thesis have been summarized, as well as the perspectives of the research work have been presented.
