Economic developed rapidly in Chinan All these years, infrastructure conditionsimproved continuly, a large number of key construction projects completed recently,but there have been many problems at the same time. The main reason for this problemis the fundamental system.So it is speeding up the establishment of the riskmanagement system in urban infrastructure projects in this reform for future projectmanagement experience.This artical found on the risk theory literature of the urban infrastructure projectsat home and abroad, It studied the risk of urban infrastructure projects less in theperspective of the demolition of the entire project from the beginning to the end-of-life,this article found the risk of urban infrastructure projects from this perspective, and inaccordance with the project stakeholders the analysis of the unique sources of risk andcharacteristics of urban infrastructure projects in the case of multiple targets.In addition, according to the objectives and principles of urban infrastructureprojects of the risk management system, the Risk Management System to build aproject risk identification method to project risk analysis and evaluation of the riskmanagement system, taking into account the complexity of the urban infrastructureproject risks in building system, including the various stages affect the project's riskfactors, so that evaluation of the risks of the project is more comprehensive andscientific.Iastly the fuzzy theory is introduced risk assessment of urban infrastructureprojects, the project's overall risk analysis, and urban infrastructure projects importantrisk factor for the quantification is value at risk, grasping of the overall project risk atthe same time, be control of project risk factors. And Yu-Fu River Expressway projectsa example, model analysis, the initial validation of the science and application of thismodel.
