PPP mode because of its both rights and social capital resources of government departments,effectively solve the problem of capital,technology and experience of city infrastructure projects,maintain a very important position in the construction project,and has been widely used.Since 2005,China has allowed the social capital to enter the required capital projects directly or indirectly through the form of policies and regulations.The risk of PPP model has many characteristics,such as variety,influence and instability,especially when there are a number of participants in the process of a project,it may be affected.Therefore,PPP mode of city construction project risk control research is the local government and investors should strengthen the attention content,only fully understand and study the risk,to take corresponding prevention and treatment measures,so as to reduce the investment losses and return period.This paper focuses on the construction of risk management mode under the PPP mode of infrastructure projects,and select the case--X sewage treatment project,risk analysis of level of X sewage treatment project from risk identification,risk evaluation,risk sharing,risk control perspective.Among them,the risk identification mainly through the questionnaire to obtain the risk factors of the project set,and the corresponding risk factors to measure the total value as the evaluation index,the assignment below;risk assessment is mainly to establish a comprehensive evaluation model based on fuzzy optimization,get the evaluation results;risk sharing is analysis and calculation of the discount factor,put forward the sharing proportion of government departments and social capital.
