Research Of Environment Quality Monitoring And Assessment On Typical Industry Park

Our government tends to eastablish a harmonious socity which hassustained development in economy environment resource andculture.And the balance between economy and environment is the mostimportant. As a major pattern of industy development, the environmentquality assessment of park is worth of studying.The article choose an industry park at north-east zone of Shanghai,which has several high-tech and high-value industry such as foreign trademodern manufacture and medicine as the example to research the relationof economy and environment, as it conforms to the Shanghai’s industrydevelopment position.The dissertation firstly elaborate the research of environment qualityassessment home and abroad,especially common quality evaluationmethod. Then it establish the research objectives,content and technicalroute and the evaluation adopts two methods of Pollution harm indexformula based on GA optimization and fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmethod.Then it makes the assessment on surface water and environment airquality in this park on the basis of numerous monitoring data.The resultshows that two methods give the similar evaluation result.Furthermore,pollution harm index formula is easier to use because of its simplecalculation. And it has more obvious physical meanings, which could be used to judge the difference between same-level objects.The result showsthat two rive-section’s pollution harm index in2010, compared withindex of2007, decreased by58.6%and48.4%. And ambient air pollutionharm index in2010decreased by37.8%.Finally, it comprehensively evaluates the environment qualitynowadays and uses the GM(1,1) model to forecast the environmentquality in the coming years. According to the requirement of sustainabledevelopment, it is inevitable to establish an ecological industry park.Itsuggests that construction plan should make effort on technologymanagement and plicy-making to realize the increasement of park’scomprehensive level, which could help to improve the air qulity andenvironment management.
