To improve the automation level, bring down the work intensity, advance the securitycontrollability and make the production data to auto save of the NBR latex production in afactory’s new project, here, after being familiar with the production technology of theNBR latex and referring to the advanced automation technology for how to realize theautomatic monitoring in the NBR latex production, some relative researches was madedeeply.Firstly, after analyzing the control tasks and designing requirements of the monitoringsystem according to the process of the NBR latex production, the general blue print——distributed redundancy control system was proposed to meet the process controlrequirements, whose network connecting was complied with PROFIBUS DP standard. Inthis system, as the center controller PLC has its slave station——remote I/O to input oroutput signals.Soon afterwards, according to the process sequence and requirements, there werespecifications about how to realizing the main control functions of production andmonitoring system. Such as the control solutions, instrument selections, program processdesigns. Especially on the advanced PID algorithm and the discretization algorithm forsuccessive value after PID, there were several improvement measures mentioned to satisfydifferent conditions.Finally, a brief introduction was given on basis of signal type and I/O interfacenumbers after reference to siemens software redundancy technology. Meanwhile, the PLCprogram structure and monitoring software designation were also presented. Then, thefeasibility of this NBR latex production and monitoring system solution was provedduring the online debugging. At the same time, the advanced PID algorithm and itsvalue’s discretization algorithm accepted the testing.
