Study On Small Town Eco-environment Planning

The rapid development of Chinese small towns produced a series of environmental problems. It is because that theory and content of small town planning don’t adapt to its development.It is necessary to intensive study on small town planning. The implementation of eco-environmental planning in small towns contributed to the coordination to the relationship of environment, economy and social relations, at the same time, promoted the harmonious development of small towns, the economic and environment. Theoretical of the small town planning was analyzed and summarized, The contents and procedure of the small town planning was explored. Then ecological environment planning steps and programs were searched that were suitable for small town, and took Xinshi Town for example to ecological planning,then made the following findings:1. The eco-environmental planning is the core of the small town planning. Ecology must give priority role to the development of the small town. Only by strengthening ecological construction, protecting the ecological environment, the development of small towns would achieve the sustainable development.2. Ecological ethics plan is an essential component for small town planning. Planning scheme included ecological ethics, industry planning and environmental control program.3. The ecological environment planning steps and programs were explored and which were suitable for the small towns.4.Based on investigation and analysis the current situation, the eco-environmental planning in Xinshi Town, Miluo City, conducted from three aspects that ecological ethics, industry planning, environmental protect and control for the preparation of planning scheme. Ecological environment plan was compiled.
