Study On The Process Management In The Project Of Jack-up Drilling Platform Leg Chord

Combined with the situation and the characteristics of project management in ZFCompany, and on the basis of analyzing the current actual situation of ZF Company’sJack-up drilling platform(JDP) project management，and finally combined with thefeatures of JDP project management at home and abroad, the thesis proposes thatmodem management theory and methods be applied to JDP project management toresolve the current project management problems in JDP management．According tothe theory of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), the projectmanagement of Leg Chord (LC) of JDP can be divided into five pans: project startingmanagement, establishment management, process management, control management,and ending management. In the stage of starting and establishment managements, theorganization, target, schedule and quality plan etc. of the project are introduced.Through the process of project implementation, the methods of covering the life cycleof the project management process control, to strengthen the management of projectimplementation stage. In the stage of control management, the project quality controlin the implementation process management is focused on, and the quality control ineach production process node and the technical difficulties in the project qualitycontrol are specifically analyzed. At last, Technical achievements and acceptanceprocess accessed in the product of LC can be obtained through in the technicalappraisement in the stage of ending management.The thesis stresses LC process management approach and addresses achievementin controlling management in the three objectives of projects (process, quality,control),and then proposes some measures and methods for the three objectives Mentionedabove. At the end of the thesis, the project achievement is summarized and its marketprospectin is analyzed, will be the important guarantee in supporting ZF’sdevelopment of large equipment construction, and will create a very optimisticprospects of the market for the pile LC manufacturing industry.The thesis addressed from this paper will be applied to JDP project managementof “Marine Oilfield923” and “Marine Oilfield924”, to do positive exploration oftheory for the application of the company’s JDP project management.
