Application And Research On Auto Enterprise Safety Evaluation System

The author analyzed our country,s auto industry development of recent years inthis paper, and introduced briefly the relative situation of the automobile enterpriseproduction workshop,then the author elaborated the important use and practicalsignificance of the automobile production workshop safety assessment in five aspectssuch as safety management of enterprises, business training,capital investment,economic benefits and government regulation. In view of the deficiency of the currentautomotive workshop production,safety management practice and the present stageproduction safety assessment,the autor has put forward a research topic about thesafety assessment system application of automobile enterprise production,based onsome analysis and research,the author has used an example to verify the effectivenessand scientific of this research topic.Firstly, the author introduced the history and the common methods of safetyassessment, then analyzed the production safety situation of our country automobileenterprise，through the accident causing theory and the" man-machine-environment-management" security analysis model,the author searched for the reasons which maylead car enterprise production safety accident from four aspects such as human unsafebehavior, unsafe state of object,environmenta nd management,then established a safetyanalysis model of the automobile enterprise production. According to followingprinciples including scientific sex,systematization, comparability and quantifiable ofbuilding assessment index system,the author established auto enterprise productionsafety assessment index system which consists of six first grade indexes and twentynine second grade indexes.Secondly, after analyzing the usual methods of weight calculation, the authorchose the analytic hierarchy process method to determine the factors,weights ofassessment index system. At the same time, according to characteristics of automotiveenterprises safety assessment, the author used fuzzy comprehensive assessment methodto avoid the subjective factors as much as possible, so as to do a more scientific,accurate assessment of automobile enterprise production safety situation.Finally, the author applied the research results to the safety assessment of theHunan Geely Automobile part limited company,then did safety assessment andconfirmed the safety grade of safety situation in the enterprise production,aiming at problems and defects,the author put forward the corresponding detailed improvementstrategies and optimization suggestions to improve safety management level ofenterprise, the correctness and validity of the academic point of view in this paperwere verified.Through researching and exploring safety assessment theories and methods ofauto production workshop, we can promote the safety assessment development in thefield of other enterprises except mine enterprise,it has significant sencse in thoseaspects as improving the enterprise’s safety management system and productionsituation, reducing the accident rate of enterprise production, promoting developmentof enterprises safety, economicly, harmoniously.
