| Rare earth is an important strategic resource, rare earth materials is the focus ofscientific and technological innovation of the Inner Mongolia region. Cascade extractionprocess, wildly used manufacturing factory, was developed by Peking University ProfessorXu Guangxian. It changed rare earth into single or group of rare earth. Subsequent scholarsand technical personnel of enterprises have done a lot of work and improvement ofproduction process, such as multi-component, multi-outlet fractionation extraction systemstatic design precise algorithm, dynamic model of cascade extraction process and intelligentcontrol method, wash back to unity and so on.According to the actual production data and parameters of the extraction tank of Baotouenterprise to describe the extraction separation process, the mixing chamber and theclarification chamber model was established, using Fluent software solve it, to study thechange of the height of extraction liquid because of material volume flow, the organic phasevolume flow and washing liquid volume flow and so on, then solving the stage efficiency atall levels.Based on efficiency at all levels, as well as the prices of a variety of products with apurity curve establish the purity of the product planning model to calculate the state ofvarious working conditions, the maximum profit material volume flow, the organic phasevolume flow and washing liquid volume flow and purity of both ends of the export products.It is different from quality level model of the usual products, the rare earth chloride solutionis separated by liquid-liquid extraction process, the end product exists in the form of a jointproduct, the output and purity of rare earth interact each other. So, by introducing exportscores and a purification factor, associated the problem of product purity planning into thecomprehensive product prices and cost issues, simplifying the calculation process.The simulation results of extraction tank consistent with actual production data, theproduction and operation of the purity of the product planning data has the higher correlation.the model can provide theoretical support for production control, on the other hand it canprovide support for efficiency changes further research. The purity of the product positioningdecisions can be made through the calculation of the maximum profit model analysis, andproduct quality level for the long-term business interests. |
