Disposal And Design On Classified Collection Of Prison Solid Waste

With the development of human society and enhancement of human living standards, urban solid waste is increasing, and its composition has become more complex, problems caused by urban solid waste is increasingly becoming seriously, unreasonable disposal of solid waste is polluting environment and hazarding human health increasingly. At the same time, for a long time. China’s using end disposal way in the passive approach is seriously polluting air, soil, water and cause harm to human health. Xinjiang is located in arid areas, rare rainfall, dry climate, large desert and desertified land area, so the ecological environment is very fragile. The prison in this paper is relatively close to city, and is located in the semi-arid areas. Because there is no reasonable disposal equipment and programs, the pollutant produced by prison operation caused more harm to local fragile ecological environment. Therefore, this paper made a classified collection and disposal design for a prison’s solid waste, which is consistent with the concept of "Environmental priorities, ecological first" of Xinjiang Autonomous Region, so as to ensure the country’s ecological security and scientific development in Xinjiang. This concept will give up local, short-term interests, and goes on the road of "Sustainable resource development, environmental sustainability,’Using solid wastes as resources has the advantage of high environmental benefits, low production cost, high efficiency and low energy consumption. China is a developing country, faced with the huge demand for economic development and serious shortage of resources and energy supply, the implementation of using solid wastes as resources can not only save investment, reduce energy consumption and production costs for the country, but also reduce the natural resources mining, can also improve the environment, maintain a healthy ecological system, which is an effective measure for national strength and prosperity. Prison’s classifying and recycling solid waste has its inherent advantages, which itself is mandatory, easy to implement the classification, collection and disposal of solid and liquid waste sources. Solid waste recycling through the prison can serve as a model, to provide sample of solid waste collection for the society.This study makes a prison as an example, systematically revealing the relationship between classification and recycling of solid waste sources through investigation and analysis of status of solid waste disposal in prison. On this basis, this paper proposed a new model for utilization and disposal of solid waste in prison, The keys of the design are:first is to make classified collection initially; second is make planning and construction for collecting, transporting and security facilities; third is to make the treatment, recycling and disposal program of solid waste.. In this study.a reasonable source classification, transportation and disposal are used to achieve prison solid waste to be reduced, to be recycled in safe disposal. This paper established disposal facility and program for solid waste from prison’s production and living, reducing the pollution from prison to environment in arid areas, protecting the surrounding around the prison, providing scientific basis for sustainable social development in the arid areas.
