Study On Promotion Strategies Of The Execution Of The Production Safety For DX Coal Mine

In recent years, the security situation of our country state-owned key coal mines has acertain better improvement than in previous years, but the situation of production safety is stillvery grim, safety accidents also occur from time to time. Safety is an eternal topic of coal mineenterprises. For our safety work, the coal mine enterprises have responded and introduced aseries of production safety regulations, rewards and penalties and cultural development, etc,designed to play in the production safety and strengthen the foundation of safety barrier.Although they put a great deal of manpower and material and have adopted a variety ofproduction safety measures in the security management, the production safety was not theintended effect.Into the reason is the coal production safety of the execution level is lower.Based on the field research results of DX coal mine the state-owned key coal mine, thisarticle has first undertaken an analysis of the DX coal mine safety production execution level,andfound out the existing problems in safety production; secondly, found out the influence of DXcoal mine safety production level of executive force of many factors, and used AHP to analyzethe influence degree, summarized key influencing factors; finally, based on the key factors forintervention and control, put forward strategies to safe production level of executive force ofpromotion of DX coal mine.
