The purpose of China's coal industry is considered as a high risk industry,the coal mine specific production environment and the long lines,complex system,involving many staff,and threatened all kinds of natural factors to significantly higher than other industries,therefore,this research starts from the coal mine worker safety behavior to explore the factors of production safety,behaviors and influencing factors of coal mine workers of state-owned enterprises,for the safe production of coal mine workers behavior standards and avoid injuries and production safety management of state-owned coal enterprises to provide scientific and theoretical basis.Using stratified random sampling method to recruit employees of state-owned enterprises of Shandong Province as subjects,a total of 580 questionnaires,352 valid questionnaires,the effective questionnaire recovery rate was 60%.The investigation includes employee safety behavior,safety knowledge,safety attitude,safety psychological factors and risk awareness,and basic demographic characteristics of employees.Results(1)the results of the difference test showed that there were significant differences in the scores of employees' safety knowledge between different gender,length of service,post category,salary,education level and personality.(2)the difference test showed that there were significant differences in the scores of employees' psychological security cognition among different length of service,post category,salary,marriage,education and personality.(3)the result of the difference test shows that the employees' age,length of service and character of the state-owned coal enterprises have significant differences in their emotional cognition.(4)the result of the difference test shows that there are significant differences in employees' risk awareness among the employees of state-owned coal enterprises in terms of gender,length of service,post category,marital status and education level..(5)the results of the difference test showed that the employees' safety production behavior was statistically different in terms of length of service,post category,marriage and education..(6)regression analysis showed that employees' character,salary and gender were important factors influencing safety production behavior.(7)regression analysis shows that employees' safety knowledge,emotion cognition,enterprise safety management,risk awareness and safety psychology cognition are important factors that affect safety production behavior.Conclusion: the worker's safety knowledge is not enough,especially the first aid knowledge,the related legal knowledge of occupational disease and the protection knowledge of the dangerous source.The enterprise's incentive mechanism for workers' safety behavior is not enough,and the staff's safety education and training needs to be strengthened.Employees are less conscious of using personal protective equipment,observing operating procedures and taking the initiative to learn safety knowledge.Employees' safety knowledge,safety attitude and safety psychological factors are significant influencing factors of employees' safety behavior.Enterprise management system,safety education,training,safety behavior,incentive mechanism and personal safety behavior can effectively reduce occupational injuries.
