Allium chinense is a member of the lily family green plants, contain a lot ofbioactive substances, including garlic, saponins, etc, collectively referred to as jiaotou su.At present, the major products are primary products, and in process of causeda lot of waste. This paper to the waste as the research object, and study jiao tou suof the chemical composition, aim at provide theoretical support. This study solvent extraction jiao tou su as allicin for extraction object.Toextract temperature, extraction time, ethanol volume fraction, material liquid ratiofor single factor, again according to the response surface design method, with thecontent of allicin response value of extraction time, extracting temperature, ethanolvolume fraction of three factors design response surface to determine the optimumextraction conditions.Research results show that the optimization extractionconditions for extraction temperature in27℃,90%ethanol volume fraction, extracting time1.1h,material liquid1:4ratio,yield is4.49%.Recovery ethanol, use steam distillation get allicin naphtha.Saponins usingD101resin to purify, purification conditions:the concentration of samples for5mg/mL,pH5,speed is3BV/h.The solvent elution is60%ethanol,and4.5withvolume column BV.Saponins purity can reach73.4%.Allicin naphtha by the GC-MS measure the chemical composition, finallyobtained the total effective component18,mainly of sulfur compounds.Liquidresearch shows that saponins of4kinds of elements, including a composition mayfor dioscin.TLC research shows that saponins after hydrolysising, its sugar ligandsof glucose,Arab sugar and xylose.Subject through the study of the main component that allicin composed, theresult can provide the support in theory....
