Research On Shanghai Risk Index Evaluation Of Safety Production And Management

Considering city safety production system risks can’t be ignored in the course of industrialization and facing the shortage of risk index evaluation on the overall safety production research, exploring how to construct a set of city safety production risk evaluation index system and model suitable for China especially Shanghai is a first issue in the field of risk management.This paper considered the city overall safety production system of risk evaluation, applied the index system construction, system modeling and the method of empirical analysis, comprehensive used security management, risk management and data envelopment analysis and other multidisciplinary theories and methods to make research on safety production risk index evaluation.Firstly, based on the basic structure of risk evaluation index of the Disaster risk index, Europe multiple risk evaluation method and Industrial accident risk assessment, constructing "hazard-vulnerability" index of risk evaluation index system. On the basis of literature research, choose10index proceed with analysis from the hazard,"exposure, sensitivity and adaptive" of vulnerabilitySecondly, applied the data envelopment analysis to construct the model. Took vulnerability and hazard indicators as independent variables and dependent variables, accident produce efficiency as the simulation of risk index. At the same time applied the method of principal component analysis in model improvement.Finally, used the deap2.1software to make empirical analysis of Shanghai city safety production system, obtained in risk index of18districts. Then through risk zoning it proposed grading risk management strategies. Through comparing with practice the model proved its validity.This method had advantages of wide range of data sources, easy to calculate and effective results to providing a reference to city risk management of safety production.
