In the process of Oil-Gas well production, the sand production is inevitable. Sand production not only affect the service life of the oil-gas well, but also harmful for the mechanical devices, in order to ensure normal production, we must control sand production in a moderate range. It is necessary to have a real-time monitoring about the oil-gas wells, to get the data from the data acquisition system analyzing and judging the quantity of sand production and sand production rate, provide a factual basis on taking a necessary method.This paper give a analysis of the reasons and the harms of sand production, researching the characteristics of the sanding signals, establishing theoretical model of sanding signals and sand production quantity and how to calculation it. Designing signal conditioning circuit and signal collection and transmission circuit:including electric amplification circuit、an power supply filter circuit、amplifying circuit、AD acquisition circuit and USB transmission circuit; giving the details of the system software design, including DSP software design、USB control transmission software design、set the NI-VISA software which used in communication between the PC and USB;display the sand production quantity and sang production rate parameters etc,the data must be processed. Combining test system take indoor sand production simulation experiment, testing the rationality and validity of the sand model, this system have certain application value in controlling the oil-gas well from sand production.
