This master thesis is based on the Ministry of Science and Technology support project "the pure-oxygen combustion technology and equipment of ceramic kilns(2012BAA08B04)".A kind of decoupling technology combining intelligent control science is proposed, which can simultaneously control variety of coupling objects such as the firing temperature, the kiln pressure and the kiln atmosphere, and can also reduce or eliminate the coupling between the controlled volumes, and improve the accuracy of control as well. A multi-variable decoupling method is put forward and FPGA is used as a controller. The ceramic roller kiln combustion control system based on FPGA is designed in this master thesis. What have done and achievements obtained are as follows:Firstly, the overall scheme design of the ceramic roller kiln combustion control system is completed. According to the control requirements of the ceramic roller kiln combustion control system, the argumentation of three schemes is proposed. The three schemes are MCU, PLC and FPGA-based ceramic roller kiln combustion control system. And the design structure of the FPGA-based ceramic roller kiln combustion control system is also described.Secondly, the hardware circuit design of the ceramic roller kiln control system based on FPGA is completed, which including the signal acquisition circuit, the signal conditioning circuit, the A/D converter circuit, the D/A conversion circuit, â…¤/â…  conversion circuit and the serial communication interface circuit etc. The field signals are collected into FPGA after the signal adjustment, FPGA transfer data to the host computer via the serial port for display, and then FPGA sends control signal to the scene.Thirdly, the research of the ceramic roller kiln multivariable decoupling control method is completed. The relationships between ceramic roller kiln coupling variables is analysed, combining with the principle of decoupling control. Aim at the coupling between the temperature and pressure as well as the temperature and the atmosphere, a decoupling control method which is suitable is studied and proposed. This method can lift away the coupling between the ceramic roller kiln multi-variaties and improve the stability of the combustion system of ceramic roller kiln.Fourthly, the software circuit design of the ceramic roller kiln control system based on FPGA is completed. the internal module is consisted of the clock divider and timer module, the control module of A/D conversion, the control algorithm module, the D/A converter module and serial communication interface module.Finally, the design of the ceramic roller kiln monitoring system is completed; which including the display of field data in real time, the Parameter settings and equipment start-stop control, the fault alarm analysis, the curve display of real-time data and the display or export of historical data.
