The energy-saving reconstruction to existing buildings is important content ofbuilding energy efficiency. With the development of economic and social in China,the rural residential energy-saving reform has entered a new period of vigorousdevelopment.Because the study of residential energy conservation at home and abroad is moreconcentrated in urban areas, the research on residential energy-saving transformationof the rural areas in China is seriously behind on many levels, such as the effect of theenergy-saving transformation to flat rooves for rural residence, because of the lack ofrelated evaluation and prediction research, many rural residential energy-savingtransformation of the region are still stay in spontaneous stage. Although the methodsof energy saving are multifarious, the actual effect is far short of expectations.Therefore, the typical region of hot summer and cold winter-Changsha has beentaken as an example to explore the evaluation methods which are suitable for ruralresidential energy-saving renovation of the flat roves, in view of the actual situationof rural residence in Changsha and on the basis of analyzing some consummatecorrelative building energy-saving evaluation system home and abroad. The study canmake up the lack of domestic research in this field, and has greater urgency andpractical significance for realizing the goal of two type society.This thesis intends to develop the research on the construction and application ofthe energy-saving evaluation system for flat rooves of rural residences in Changsha,the concrete content includes four aspects:1. The establishment of the evaluation index systemThe comprehensive evaluation method of energy-saving transformation to flatrooves for rural residences in Changsha was established, which involves the energysaving effect after the transformation、the preservation of production function tooriginal roof、the effect of building operations and economic evaluation, combinedwith the actual situation of rural residences in Changsha.2. The definition of the weight for each evaluation factorIn order to let the weight of each factor can fully reflect the objective facts,4kinds of personages associated with energy saving were selected and asked tocalculate the weight by AHP method. 3. The establishment of the benefit analysis model of energy-saving to flatroovesBased on the system engineering theory、the fuzzy mathematics theory and thegray system theory, the comprehensive evaluation method was made sure to construethe benefit analysis model of energy-saving to flat rooves of rural residences as thefinal assessment tool.4. The applying of caseOn the basis of the previous research, to prove that the design of thecomprehensive evaluation system is reasonable、scientific and practical, this paperhad introduced the housing prototype and the projects of energy-savingtransformation to rooves, and combined with the investigation data for applying theenergy-saving evaluation system of flat rooves.The evaluation system is established according to the actual situation of ruralresidential flat rooves in Changsha, I hope that the users can make a more rationalchoice through the comprehensive evaluation and analysis of each project; at the sametime, I also hope that the market of rural residential energy-saving can be morenormative, which can finally make contributions to the construction of the livingenvironment and the development of building energy-saving.
