Design And Research Of Intelligent Control System For Twin-Ring Space Parking System Based On Triz

With the rise of the automobile industry, the difficult parking problem seriously restricts the development of the city’s economy, the emergences of stereo garage in a timely manner mitigate the contradiction. This paper is based on referring to a lot of literatures and combining the actual cooperation project between institutions and enterprises, takes twin-ring and vertical rotary stereo garage as carrier to design and research the storage-retrieval strategy and the reliability of the control system of stereo garage.Based on the theory of TRIZ technology evolution, it analyses the evolutionary patterns and evolutionary routes provided by TRIZ theory. Establishment a functional model of the control system to determine the ultimate design goal.Through analysing the work methods and workflow of twin-ring and vertical rotary stereo garage, it determines the parking control system and control structure and forms the distributed Control System of IPC for management level, PLC for directly control level, the user action for intermediate operating level. Individually designs for specific functions in the functional model, gives a specific design for the rotating unit, the wireless receiver unit, the vehicle testing and information recording unit and the configuration unit. Gives control system schematics, PLC wiring diagram.Based on analyzing the queuing theory and traffic access to law, it studies the storage-retrieval strategy of twin-ring and vertical rotary stereo garage and establishs its time mathematical model. Through simulation analysis using MATLAB software, compares and selected optimal control strategy.Finally, analyses the reliability of the overall control system, identifies the weak links in the system, improves bus redundant, and uses Markov process transfer theory to calculate and analyze, and verifies the feasibility of the improved method.
