The Research Of Intensive Use Of City Public Space Three-dimensionalization

With the development of city, The population in fast assemble, and city space resources become more and more nervous, so produced a series of problems. In this context, this paper presents a new way to promote intensive use of city space——three-dimensionalization. In the current context China’s construction of a resource-saving and environment-friendly society, city’s integrated development is necessary to alleviate the contradiction between city space resources shortage and the demand of city development, and to build an ecological, low carbon, high efficiency of city public space is also necessary.This paper studies on intensive utilization of city public space according to the logic sequence of proposed problems—analyzing problems—related research—solving problems. The thesis is divided into four main parts:The first part is elaborate the problems of city public space development process problems, and analysis the cause of problem from the design, development and management. The second part is the research of intensive use of the related theoretical, including the centralization and decentralization as the leading to intensive development theory and the three-dimensional leading to intensive development theory, At the same time, elaborate the dialectical relationship on three-dimensionalization and intensive use. This paper put forwards three-dimensionalization is the important way of intensive utilization on the premise that intensive use of city space is three-dimensional. The third part is the core content of the research. Through the research of three types of public space about city central Business district, city public open space, city comprehensive transportation hub, this paper put forward their different three-dimensional design pattern. The forth part is the analysis of the mechanism about city public space construction implementation, and exploring the favorable conditions of city public space’s healthy and orderly construction. Finally it forms six aspects of the security system which is including technical means, policy oriented power, diversified investment, cooperation between departments, public participation and legal guarantee.
