Research On The Methods Of Planning And Evaluation Of Road Network Based On Smart Growth

In the road network development process，the strategic goal of building a greenroad network was put forward，and the new requirements to build efficient，environmentally friendly，energy-efficient road network were also put forward bythe government of China. Paper follows the trend of social development and studiedthe contents of the current road network planning，then improves and evaluates itfrom the perspective of smart growth and green traffic；try to get a complete，comprehensive improvement program and evaluation process of the current roadnetwork planning method.This thesis focuses on the following aspects:First，the improvement of the method of current road transport networkplanning based on the concept of smart growth and green transportation goals，including four points:1. The reviews of the current road transport network planning.2. The improvement of the residents travels survey methods based on smartgrowth. Papers examine the inadequacies of the travel survey process of the pastresidents，and then improved the steps of the establishment of transportation districtand the analysis of the survey，and use 3D elastic coefficient method to amend thefindings.3. The guide of trip mode. Paper develops measures to guide the trip modes ofthe residents in planning area，including policy guidance and supportinginfrastructure，so that the residents have gradually shifted to the green trip mode，paper discussed policy guidance from economic instruments and administrativemeans.4. Road network planning. Paper studied the determination of the road networkhub node，and discussed the problem of environmental protection should be notedduring the construction of road network.Second，paper established the evaluation system of the green road networktransportation system planning. Paper made the preliminary selection for evaluationindex system，established two optimized index system according to the differentstages of development of green road transport network of different areas，then use fuzzy multi-level comprehensive evaluation method to build comprehensiveevaluation.Finally，paper made the green heart area of Changsha，Zhuzhou and Xiangtanas the object of study，then made application study for the planning and evaluation ofroute network and station of green road transportation network planning，.
