Reasons why professional disasters of subway company occur are divided into many factors, such as individual, machinery, environment, organization, and so on. In view of the fact that there has not yet been the application in the Subway’s research in domestic and foreign related literatures in the present.Therefore, this paper focus on the way how organizationsafety climate helps improve safety behavior function mechanism between organization safety climate and its behavior through the empirical analysis and puts forward proposals on safety management to the operators of Subway running.In this paper, An Empirical Study of the Relationship between Organizition Security Climate and Its behavior in The Beijing Subway Companys is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, the main topics introduced in this background and significance, and the content and purpose of the research papers; the second part is the literature review, focuses onthe concept of organization safety climate and its related indicators, the safety climate and influencing factors, safety behavior and the relationship between organization safety climate and safety behavior; third part describes the research method, including organization safety climate measurement methods to study the design, questionnaire design, and quality control; fourth part of the investigation and the safety climate of statistics and analysis of survey results, the third and fourth part of the core part of this thesis, the fifth part of the paper summarizes the main investigation to be summary; sixth part is the study of vision, mainly Subway companies made proposals to improve safety awareness and research of this inadequacy.This is paper confirmed that the safety climate in Subway company mainly contains five dimensions:Leaders’safety attitude, Safety management practice, Safety training surrounding, Employees’safety attitude and Risk awareness of Subway running.Based on this, we get the conclusions about the mechanism:The organization safety climate affects safety behavior by the media of safety knowledges.
