The institutions of the design, analysis, and software will combine the main direction of development of the modern mechanical design, freed from the tedious calculations, greatly improving the work efficiency. In this paper, the analysis of the current development of packaging machinery, the design of th cam-linkage mechanism in the high-speed, light load conditions. Combined with the cam workspace options, the base circle, the pressure angle and other parameters, according to the law of motion of the tissue machine and cam timing diagram, select the appropriate cam curve, using matlab paogramming process design suited to the requirements of the cam. Calculated according to the trajectory of the working end of the cam linkage of each connecting link length, Using Solidworks3D model of the design of the cam and link parameters.Kinematic simulation of the design of the cam linkage, using COSMOSmotion to simulate the movement of the deputy campaign analysis of theirtrajectory curves, confirmed the slscted curve suit to the requirements of high-speed movement of the cam linkage.High-speed operatin, the inertia force of the cam linkage system surge component elastic deformation law of the motion of the woking end form the predetermined requirements.Cam linkage system stability and reliability of the variation, the machines will not operate in severe cases, kinetic analysis of the entire organization, according to the motion characteristic of each component in the system, the elastic deformation of the equation, the mass distribution, etc, to simplify the structure of the organization, to establish the dynamic model; according to the kinetic model, the establish ment of the equation of motion to calculate the of the cam linkage natural frequency and virbration mode to calculate the reasonable range of the speed of rotation of the cam linkage.
