Adaptive Evaluation Of Method Of Transfer Organization In Integrated Transport Hub

Integrated transport hub is the connection point of the external traffic, urbantransport, public transportation, private transport and other kinds of passenger trafficmodes in the city. And also it is the critical link at propelling the comprehensivetransportation. Reasonable organization of the transfer between various modes has greatsignificance in implementing the function of integrated transport hub. With thedevelopment of economy, and large substantial contribution was invested into hub planand construction by government, the development of integrated transport hub hasgradually become large-scale, three-dimensional and function diversified, in order toembody the ‘human-oriented’ and ‘seamless-joint’ in facility construction and trafficorganization of integrated transport hub, ensure the development of hub efficient andcooperativeness, and then meet the requirement of transportation service for safety,convenience and comfort, so it’s necessary to research the adaptability of the method oftransfer organization in integrated transport hub.However, domestic and international researchers have few studies at theorganization of transfer modes in the passenger transport center. At the same time, mostcomprehensive passenger transport centers have a relatively low transfer organizationlevel and passengers are not very satisfied with it.This paper takes the integrated transport hub as research object, and takes theadaptability of the method of transfer organization in integrated transport hub as researchemphasis. Base on the data envelopment analysis and synergetics, a scientific evaluationwas made in this paper.This paper first summarizes and analyzes the research and current situation ofintegrated transport hub, and make the detailed analysis of the concept, functionorientation of integrated transport hub and the adaptability of the method of transferorganization in integrated transport hub is presented, the evaluation content andevaluation method are determined.In order to establish the evaluation indicator system scientific and reasonable,according to the purpose and meaning of the adaptability of the method of transferorganization in integrated transport hub, this paper analysis the factors that affect the adaptability of the method of transfer organization from three aspects, they areinfrastructure distribution in passenger hub, traffic operation organization, transferdemand and transfer behavior of passengers. On the basis, this paper use theModel-exploration map to qualitative solve the evaluation index of transfer efficiencyand cooperativeness, and combine with the requirements of establishing index system tothe data envelopment analysis and synergetics, finally, determine the evaluation indicatorsystem.This paper developes the transfer efficiency evaluation model and the harmoniousevaluation model on the basis of data envelopment analysis and synergetics, the value oftransfer efficiency and harmony coefficient reflects the adaptability of the method oftransfer organization in integrated transport hub from the two views of efficiency andcooperativeness. In order to measure the adaptability of the method of transferorganization in integrated transport hub more qualitatively, make an index of summationof the value of transfer efficiency and harmony coefficient, it then construct theintegrated evaluation index of adaptability.Finally, this paper uses the integrated transport hub in Changchun City as anexample to make the model validation, selecting six time segment including the peakhour and off-peak hour of a day that have the maximum traffic to make data compilationand model calculation. Through the theoretical method and model test, analyzing thestatic degree and dynamic development trend of the adaptability of the method of transferorganization in integrated transport hub of Changchun, base on the evaluation, findingout the existing problems of the current method of transfer organization, and then, aimingat these problems, this paper propose the optimization measures and improvementsuggestions, all these suggestions can provide some reference ideas for the followingreconstruction of hub.
