Risk Factors Study Of The Social Stability Of The Projects

In recent years,along with the rapid development of economy.large-scale engeering projects have been starded,causing more and more serious sudden mass incidents.Because evaluation of construction Project is still imperfect, ignoring the evaluations of social risk.espacially for the negative impact of the project stakeholders,and this will affect the sustainability and achievement of the project seriously.In this paper,the risk of social is focused on the negative impact of the project stakeholders,and the perject risk made by them. By analysing the reform of economic system and change of social structure during the social transition period,we can conclude that with the leaping development of economy.serious imbalances of structure of social benefit are unavoidable.This is the fundamental socia background of sudden mass incidents.In this paper, based on the risk of social theory and social conflict theory,and take the XiaMen PX project for example,I pionted out that the occurrence mechanism of mass incidents of the project is that the social stable risk of the project is the result of the interaction from subjective risk subjects and objective risk factors in a certain social environment.By the analysis of the characteristics of the large-scale project.I pointed out that the potential risk of the projet is the technological risk,the environmental risk and other factors,and then I make a preliminary combing of econmic,social,cultural risk caused by the project,identified the project potential risk factors.Second.by the scientific definition of the negative impact of the project stakeholders,as a group that can lead to mass incidents, from their values and treatment for the potential risks of the projects,I described the social stability risk they may made.and the group psychology.behavior and its characteristics.All those are important factors in social stability of project atsble risks;Finally,in the context of China’s social transformation,I analysis the social environment of the social event at this stage,including unsmooth of interest appeal channel,the developmentof internet public opinion,the level of economic educational and cultural of the social and so on.
