With the rapid development of our economy and the market demand for international and domestic, China construction enterprises must in project management and strong bond, to enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise must strengthen project management, the determination of reasonable time limit, quality and cost objectives, comprehensive use of technology, economy, contract, organization of "three goals" measures to carry out effective control, thus achieved good economic and social benefits. How to scientifically analyze the construction organization and control engineering is one of the important contents of the process control progress, but many influence factors should be taken into consideration, the variable, random factors so difficult to control and increasing complexity.Based on a lot of documents in engineering, based on the basic theory of progress control for guidance, discussion and research progress of various methods, the main control of network planning technique is studied, including to characterize construction schedule time parameters, and the process that the testability, in construction process of many factors of uncertainty, this paper expounds the basic theory and frame GERT, analyzed the characteristics and operating procedures GERT, and its application in "Chengdu x building" in the construction of the project schedule control, intuitive compare several methods in practical application, fully explain GERT randomness, accuracy, practical and good control ability.
