Study On The Schedule Management Of New Campus Construction Projrct In Q Senior High School

In recent years,the number of senior high schools and their students is increasing year by year.With the enrollment expansion of high school students and the increase of the number of students in school,more and more schools improve their hardware environment through campus relocation and new construction.The new campus construction projects are generally professional subcontracting,large building volume,relatively tight time requirements,there are more cross operation and three-dimensional operation.At the same time,the construction project involves the school teachers and students to start school on time,and has strict requirements on the construction period and quality.Therefore,it is of great significance for the successful completion of campus construction projects to adopt modern project management technology,scientifically manage the progress of construction projects,optimize the allocation of project resources,solve the problem of cross operation between different majors of projects,and effectively optimize and control the progress of projects.This paper takes the construction project of new campus of Q high school as the research object,through the analysis of its progress management,and combined with the common problems existing in the progress of school construction projects in China,drawing on the theoretical knowledge and methods of project progress management at home and abroad,on the basis of WBS decomposition,the logical relationship between different work is determined Network planning technology is used to make the project schedule and identify the critical path.On this basis,the construction period is optimized and adjusted.On the basis of the project schedule,the S-curve comparison method and earned value method are used to effectively control the project schedule,and the whole process of project management is tracked and spot checked in real time.Through scientific,systematic and standardized progress management,the new campus of Q high school was completed on schedule and with high quality under the influence of the epidemic in 2020.Due to the similarity of construction projects in the new high school campus,this paper analyzes the application process of project schedule management tool technology,which has a certain reference significance for other construction projects in the new high school campus.
