The outcome would be changed greatly as the new policies and measures are introduced for various industries and businesses. The development of Tianjin Port international logistics industry requires more to improve inspection mode of Container and make it perfect.Meanwhile, the innovation of inspection mode and improvement of inspection will prompt the development of Tianjin Port International logistics industry.In this thesis, we focus on making full-service of inspection come true to make customer clearance efficient. To analyze and research this efficient inspection, we need base on operation management and management science through citations, case studies, case studies and contrast method, based on the actual operating status of the customs laws and regulations, Customs related laws and Tianjin Port Container clearance center operation status. Based on the theoretical analysis of the relationship between Tianjin Port International Logistics and container inspection mode, we make evaluation and analysis on it. We compare with mode abroad and use comparative analysis to improve the relevance of the study, give proposed policy recommendation and build development. This thesis studies the following conclusions:First, the rapid development of Tianjin Port International Logistics industry’s steady growth in container throughput of Tianjin Port required more on packing inspection. Meanwhile, the improvement of inspection and innovation also play a facilitating role.Secondly, integrate both customs and national inspection resources to centralize inspection efforts, by establishing Tianjin Port Container Inspection Center, extending renewable resources and mineral identification inspection and distribution center. All these services form a new pattern of Tianjin Port inspection service system.Third, based on existing service and practices used at the Tianjin Port International Logistics and container, innovation and allocating proper resources are key factors. Practices, such as, inspecting containers in batches, then examine the implementation above among the collaboration among, custom, inspection and port authorities.The introduction of the batch inspection and categorized professional goods can easily demonstrate the link and influence among authorities. By utilizing the above practices integrating various resources efficiently, custom and inspection authorities would benefit greatly from various joint efforts, resource integration and maximizing profits.
