Air traffic controllers are directly related to flight safety. If job burnout cannot be well solved, it probably leads to more accidents or signs. Human errors of Air traffic controllers are mostly caused by the poor working status or lack of concentration. Job burnout of controllers can reduce enthusiasm for work, cause difficulty in concentration, burnout emotional and other performance. The thesis studies the air traffic controllers, explore the relationship between the job burnout and human error of air traffic controllers. Take empirical research, use SPSS17.0and AMOS to analyze data, study the factors which influence the job burnout among the traffic controllers, analyze the human error on the impact of job burnout, put forward the pre-control measures to prevent and defuse the job burnout and the human errors, improve the safety performance of the air traffic controllers, and effectively enhance the safety of air traffic management level.Through questionnaire and data analysis, the thesis classifies the incentives of job burnout of the air traffic controllers into organizational incentives and job incentives, organizational incentives including relationships, punishment culture, and professional development; job incentives including work pressure, work content, working hours, workload and responsibilities; assort human error into perception errors, decision-making errors and execution errors. On the basis, the thesis builds the model of job burnout and human error. Through empirical studies, the thesis shows that the measurement questionnaire of the job burnout and the human error of air traffic controllers have good reliability and validity; verify and revise the relational model of job burnout and the human error, hypothesis. The perception of organizational incentives and job incentives takes a significant positive effect on the job burnout, and the air traffic controllers’degree of job burnout due to the occurrence of errors is significantly positive. Job incentives takes a significant positive effect on the perception errors, organizational incentives takes a significant positive effect on the perception errors and execution errors. The thesis explores impact of the job burnout of air traffic controllers on the human error, from the two perspectives of individuals and organizations, proposes measures to control or reduce the job burnout, reduce the symptom of accidents and incidents, to ensure the air traffic safety.
