Protection And Utilization Of Water Scenery Resources In Reservoir Type Water Park

Reservoir type Water Park is one of the most popular scenery type and occupieda leading place in the system of Water Park. Our country had a wealth of reservoirresources which provided the rigid foundation for the development of reservoir typeWater Park. And currently more and more reservoir resources were enrolled in thedevelopment of Water Park, which accelerated the unprecedented development ofwater Park. Reservoir Type Water Park had advantages of competitiveness in the fieldof water scenery resources. However, lacking of corresponding academic guidancecaused the water scenery resources not only inappropriately protect and exploit, butalso wasting greatly. So studying the Protection and utilization of Reservoir typeWater Scenery Resources have necessity and practical significance.By reviewing correlative literature and combining the experience in actualprojects, the author try to discussed the instruction and working priorities of Reservoirtype Water Park, included Survey and Evaluation, planning, design and managementlevel, to explore the proper way how to Protect and utilize the Reservoir type WaterScenery Resources.The chief results were showed as follows:(1) Resource investigation and evaluation: From aspects of ornamental value,amusement value, human value, scientific value and resource combination and otherprojects in the Water Park to make the perfect resource investigation and scientificevaluation, and get a reasonable tourist capacity calculation. Provide the first handdata to the Protection and development of Water Scenery Resources;(2)Planning levels: Reservoir type Water Park in different regions should choosethe reasonable positioning area and development direction based on its owncharacteristics, ensure the rational utilization and protection of Water SceneryResources in planning level;(3)Design level: Extracting the appropriate landscape elements by excavating the local regional culture and water culture and characteristics of human resources to putthese elements into the water construction of hydraulic construction. Material using inconstruction should be ecological and suit to local conditions, which ensuring thescenic design coordinate with local water scenery resources;(4)Management level: The reasonable area financing and management mode inthe development and operation process should be selected according to their ownconditions, realize the rapid development of scenic spots.
