The Risk Analyzing Of The Engineering Supervision Project

Because the engineering project invests is huge, the time limit for a project in a big wayis long, the unpredictable factor quite are also many in the construction process, suchengineering project relative parities inevitable ground to be near each kind of risk, supervisionas one of the main body of engineering project also face all kinds of risk. The thesis makes adeep research for construction risk management method and application of the constructionproject of the whole process from the trait of the construction project supervision process,which is based on the project risk management theory and from the angle of supervision.Firstly, this thesis introduces the supervision’s development situation and existingproblems in our country, the status out of our country of the engineering project riskmanagement, the classification and the characteristic of the risk; secondly introduces the riskidentify methods and the risk assessment methods, and compare of the methods, analyses theadvantages and disadvantages; then on the basis of detailed introduction of common methodof risk response, it proposes corresponding risk precautionary measures for different risksources: the inside of supervision enterprise, the owner, the contractor, surveying anddesigning institute, society and nature, and simple introduce the risk monitoring method fromthree aspects: progress, cost and quality; finally based on the process and content of projectrisk management, the thesis introduce an actual supervision risk management example.The proposal of this thesis is to improve the level of construction project riskmanagement and make project supervision systematical step and step. The thesis alsoprovided a series of practical methods for the potential risk analysis, solution and decision ofconstruction project supervision, and plays some reference role for supervision’s riskmanagement work.
