Construction industry has a great impact on the environment, especially during the phase of construction which consumes the most energy and resources. Nowadays, the more and more obvious impact which brought by the damage of energy and environment has sounded the alarm of environmental protection. How to reverse the current status of socio-economic growth accompanied by the environmental benefit’s negative growth? How to alleviate the reality of the worse and worse situation of global environmental? How to make the construction industry get rid of the huge impact on the environment and recourses? The solutions to the above questions can be found from green construction.It is not easy to implement green construction under today’s situation. It is subject to many restrictions. In the introduction of this thesis, the construction background and the problems in green construction development have been mentioned, refining the purpose and the significance of this thesis. The introduction has also summarized the related domestic research status, as well as put forward the assumptions of the research, set the research content and research plan.The theoretical research part has introduced the related concept of green construction and the theory of supply chain management. Then the feasibility of integrating green construction into supply management has been analyzed, the advantages which brought by the supply chain management to green construction has been clarified. Furthermore, a systematic model of green construction supply chain management based on supply chain management model has been built which can provide a theoretical basis and guidance to the follow-up research.The key part of this thesis is the green construction supply chain management model’s build which specify the green construction supply chain information management, green construction core enterprises’internal value chain management and green construction supply chain coordination management. Building a good information management system is to provide the information basis of green construction supply chain management system. Building the green construction core enterprises’internal value chain management system is to optimize green construction core enterprises’internal management and enhance the core-competitiveness. Building the green construction supply chain coordination management system is to deal with the relations of between the enterprises and enhance the strength of green construction supply chain. The above three management systems worked together to fulfill the specific requirements of green construction.In the end of this thesis has introduced the method of financial analysis and the concept of fuzzy synthetic evaluation, established an effective green construction supply management’s performance appraisal methods, evaluated the benefits of management model in construction projects, and then put forward the opinion and plans for optimization.From an overall view, this thesis takes the construction industry’s construction phase as starting point, and stands on the construction management perspective and integrates the green construction and supply management to explore the feasibility of green construction supply chain management. This thesis also establishes a reasonable green construction supply chain management model to solve the problem in current green construction and to promote the popularization and development of green construction by utilizing supply chain management knowledge.
