| The application of GIS in the power system can greatly improve labor efficiency,reduce labor intensity,make the management and decision-making of the power grid scientific,and provide strong support for accident location and elimination.With the rapid development and popularization of GIS,the actual application of the first line of power GIS system has problems such as insufficient development and application depth,poor timeliness of data update,and low practicality of system functions.Through extensive and in-depth investigation and research,this paper finds that the county-level power supply company has more business and functional requirements for the practical grid grid mobile management system of GIS.In terms of grid planning and project reserve,it faces inaccurate grid planning and transformation path.Inaccurate design,distribution network project is not lean and other issues;power grid lean operation and maintenance,facing aging and structural lack of staff,lack of professional personnel familiar with the grid,the existing level of GIS system function is low.In order to solve the actual problems on site and meet the needs of first-line production,this paper designs and develops a practical grid-based mobile management system based on GIS.Aiming at the actual operation and maintenance management of power grids in county-level power supply companies,an application-oriented GIS based on Ovi map,a simple secondary development method,a prototype design method,a WebGIS technology,practicality first,and a practical network combined with intelligent terminal technology are proposed.The comprehensive design principle of the rack management system has the advantages of low cost,low technical requirements,short development period,high level of information sharing,strong practical functions and high system efficiency.The overall and business design,software and hardware design of the practical grid grid mobile management system based on GIS are put forward,and the specific implementation methods and functional requirements are put forward.Design principles and functional requirements are both reproducible and highly scalable for reference to the development and design of similar systems.In the practical function of the system,the 10 kV grid planning and editing is also completed through the Ovi map,which provides important geographic data support;the latest geographic information can be obtained instantly through the grid management,and the grid frame coordinates are combined with the position location of the smartphone.Correction,grid planning;record management and maintenance personnel to record all kinds of defects and faults in the grid at any time,and return the scene photos to the emergency command center,supply the emergency command center to instantly grasp the scene situation,and conduct remote command;The management emergency command center will convey all kinds of documents and information to the operation and maintenance personnel,so as to better perform the operation and maintenance of the power grid.The practical function of GIS-based practical grid grid mobile management system is verified.Compared with the original GIS system function,the system designed and developed in this paper assists grid planning,project reserve,path design,industry expansion,and Defect management,repair management,equipment positioning and other aspects of lean operation and maintenance,have great advantages and obvious improvements,suitable for first-line production,can effectively improve first-line labor production efficiency and grid planning,construction,operation and maintenance lean management level,with certain management and economic benefits. |
