Study Of The Construction Management And Post-evaluation Of Large Substation

Construction management and project post evaluation are all indispensable importantsegments of large substation’s project cycle.Doing the two links is not only necessary to oneconstruction project,but also plays a very important part in the development of electric powerindustry.In this paper, the construction management of Biyang220kV substation and postevaluation of Biyang220kV substation are studied systematically.The construction of Biyang220kV substation was to mitigate the short supply situationin the region, and further improve the network power grid structure of the ring network inwestern ZhuMaDian.To promote the level of management and construction quality in theconstruction project and strive for a high-quality project of the State Grid Corporation ofChina,according to the requirements of the State Grid Corporation of China TransformerProject management and HeNan Electric Power Company,firstly,this paper designed andcompiled the engineering management objective and excellence plan,then,the engineeringmanagement outline was compiled,to ensure building the Biyang220kV substationsuccessfully.The construction of Biyang110kV substation post evaluation was a reference for BiyangElectric Power Company to post evaluate the construction of Biyang220kV substation。Thispaper established the Biyang110kV substation project post evaluation model,and postevaluated it by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on AHP(Analytic HierarchyProcess),decomposed and degraded the target problem through AHP,determined differentlayer of each factors relative importance degree，finally,introduced fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method into evaluation model for fuzzy evaluation，Obtained Biyang110kVsubstation project evaluation grades。The results of the study shows that this method is effective and the post evaluation modelis scientific and practical。...
