Energy is an important issue for a long time. In recent years, the research and theenergy-saving applications are going well of the promote low-carbon green theme. Try thebest to reduce the energy consumption for the short and long term goals.Building is an important component of human life part. With technologicaldevelopment, intelligent building came into being, its function is increasing, more and moredevices applied to the systems. Meanwhile, the energy can be control by the systems. Thecentral air conditioning system is the big part of the energy user, there is significantdifferences after the energy-saving application be used. Therefore, with the research and theapplication of this energy-saving system, there is good control performance and energyefficiency, also with the centralized monitoring and management.This thesis discusses the integration of intelligent building systems and the technology ofthe intelligent building, analyzed the central air conditioning system, and the existingproblems, to solve these problems the integration based on RS485technology is proposed tosolve these problems, also can independent control and centralized monitoring. With the depthstudy of this project of the air conditioning system based on the specific conditions, andmade on control strategies for each kind of the equipments. Then design their physicalimplementations of the controller. Finally, we completed HMI configuration which is basedon HMI Builder3.2configuration. Connect the source controlling subsystem and theair-conditioner controlling subsystem, to achieve unified management, also with theenergy-saving analysis and evaluation.The system was test running in December2010. After nearly a year of practice, theresults show that the system is well positioned to meet project requirements, reliable, accuratedata, energy-saving effect to achieve the desired goal. This paper expounded thedevelopment process, the on-site construction management, the debugging methods andtechniques involved in a detailed exposition.
