The 21st century is a century of modernized cities, which is characterized by trends towards digital, network and intelligence. With high technology advancing rapidly, the qualitative leap of architecture is approaching. Modern factories and buildings, which are the inevitable result of knowledge economy, belong to intelligent buildings. The rapid development of high technology in information, control and computers mature the intelligent factory and building technology, which has been applied widely.Taking the example of energy detecting and saving system in Shanghai GM-Dongyue, this thesis introduces the controlling objects, controlling schemes and system configuration. And also in this thesis the BMS is designed, which greatly promotes energy saving of the system. Therefore, the design and research of the system have great practical significance.In this paper, the system characteristics of the central air-condition system are comparatively delved into, including its control mode, control peculiarity, mathematical model, and so on. And then the rule of the parameter auto-tuning is proposed, based on the analysis of the dynamic response of the second function model. Because of the large time constant of the central air-condition system, the parameter turning wastes time and energy, and also its performance is poor. According to the case of the project and the full analysis of fuzzy system in control structure and control principle, the author builds up the system structure of the parameter auto-tuning fuzzy controller on the basis of increment principle. In terms of raising the level of the control precision, stability and reliability, it is very significant and necessary to put the parameter auto-turning of PID into effect by the fuzzy logic technique in combination with the self-learning technique.In this thesis, the APOGEE System from SIEMENS Building Technologies is adopted to the design of the energy management system in Shanghai GM-Dongyue factory. The energy management system takes automatic control and management of all mechanical-electric devices, including air-conditioner system, water supply & drainage system, power transition and distribution, lighting and steam meter, etc. Not only does it keep these devices working in optimal status, but also saves energy to an extreme through effective control. In addition, it will lessen multilayer manager and enhance efficiency via the centralized management. In the process, the following features should be appreciated and recommended: OPC in system integration and WEB browser in working interface. This paper, starting with the implementation process of the energy management system in Shanghai GM-Dongyue factory, analyzes the characteristics of the System Integration; and then the paper discusses the meaning of using OPC in the communication, aiming to the communication problems between the surveillance & control system and the intelligent devices. The paper offers an application mode of OPC standard in the surveillance and control system of the APOGEE in order to reduce the cost of the surveillance. The above technical specialties of the energy management system in Shanghai GM-Dongyue factory show its advantage, openness, expansibility and maneuverability.Conclusively, this system can be used for reference in Large-scale modern factories' energy management system and also be fairly valuable for further study.
