In order to achieve energy saving emission reduction effect, raise economicbenefits, reduce environmental pollution, and low carbon and environmentalprotection, the national response to the call, the boiler fan increasing flue gasdesulfurization denitration. On the existing equipment to optimize the improvement,in the exhaust may little capital and as small as possible changes to the premise, asmuch as possible to improve economic efficiency, and to achieve national emissionstandard.This article first to establish objectives, through experiments and modifications,to make our goal, therefore, we set a goal of transformation of fan:(1) reduction of electric power plant, reducing the air consumption;(2) reconstruction of fan blade out of stock, increase desulfurization device;(3) fan by frequency change frequency running running.This article through to the first fan and fan to do all kinds of condition testing,combined with the configuration software logical change method, calculating powerconsumption and emissions, elaborated the frequency conversion transformation plan,modify the new configuration logic and other content, demonstrate a new technicalmethod is feasible, reached through configuration software logic to realize frequencytechnology of remote control method is correct and objective data.Boiler two fan before test maximum operating point corresponding to therotational speed were1142r/min and1170r/min, has come to the80%regulationdepth, low load running speed is less than70%, transmission losses relative to bigger.Motor load rate is reduced, the efficiency will be reduced. Therefore, the actual day ofpower some small, below economic argumentation for annual consumption of3800000kWh calculation.Set the price is0.30yuan/kWh, the annual electricity costs1900000yuan, Converter cost of renovation project (including the inverter, switchgear, cables,inverter air conditioning room, automatic switching conditioning blower door actuatorfor quickly, installation fees) price by1250yuan/kWh, then each furnacetwo1250kW motor frequency conversion of the total cost of3125000yuan.Conclusion: the first fan VVVF transformation, the annual consumption of about3800000kWh, renovation costs less than three recyclable, feasible scheme.A transformation of fan variable speed running, the fan equipment operatingefficiency increased by22%~39%;6kV switch power factor is increased, reducingthe consumption of reactive power; motor current decline is very obvious, the currentdecline of about31A-45A two air blower variable frequency speed regulationoperation, the actual Festival charge is3841514kWh, annual energy rate can reach34%; according to every degree of electricity0.5yuan of computation, two air blowerfor power plants to save money each year for3841514x0.5=1920757yuan..Powerplant settle accounts two Typhoon aircraft actually spend3290000yuan, less thanthree years of recyclable transformation cost, and evaluation conclusion.Can see from this, through a lot of experiment and calculation, this paperconducted research is feasible and practical economic benefits, therefore, we achievedthe main goal of saving energy and reducing consumption, is successful, in the futureapplication and work, will continue to study and explore the various energy savingemission reduction of the new methods and new approaches.
