With the population of automobiles, the traditional city public space is greatlyextrusioned.With the development of economy, China’s retail industry alsoentered the era of shopping center, lots of shopping centers have beenbuilt.The shopping center is not only a shopping place, but also became aexperiencing place of entertainment and leisure. The city property ofShopping center public space is more and more outstanding.Diversity spatialform can better adapt to its inclusive site properties.Compared to the rapid growth of the number of shopping centers, the spacequality is uneven. From the space diversity perspective, many shoppingcenters also exist a lot of problems:For example, The space is too monotonousor didn’t take into account the effect of some factors, etc.On the basis survey of shopping centers in Shenzhen, Xiamen and Fuzhou,firstly, this paper illustrated the concept of composition diversity of ShoppingCenters’ public space, and divided the shopping center’s public space intothree types: plaza, atrium and street.Secondly, around the core problem ofhow to create diversity public space, from a meso and micro perspective, thispaper analyzed these three space types.Then, from a macroscopic perspective,it analyzed the organizational form of the three space types and have a reviewof the research examples.Finally, this paper summarized the manners ofcomposition diversification of shopping centers’ public space, and discussedthe future of the composition diversity of Shopping Centers’ public space....
