| Since the beginning of reform and opening up, economic development is constantpromoted in China. Besides eco-environmental pressures of large-scale construction iscoming gradual. With the concept of "low carbon economy" is brought up, low carbonconstruction becomes the consensus gradually. Building complex is a typical pattern forrapid development of the urbanization process, not only is widely applied by developers,but also has been strongly supported by the government departments. With booming ofconstruction of building complex, research and practice on low carbonize of buildingcomplex draw experts attention more and more.According to the situation of vigorous development of building complex andcombined with the "low carbon construction" and "low-carbon building" theory, this paperputs forward the "connecting" concept, low carbon building complex. Combined withnewest theoretical results of building complex, this paper proposes the framework ofconstruction of low-carbon building complex, and analyses various subsystems deeply,explores the connection of low carbon building complex subsystems.This paper picks up the transport subsystem and building subsystem into selectiveanalysis, which are of larger carbon emissions. Through two practical cases study, analysisand calculation of low-carbonized program of these two subsystems was carried out.Through calculating estimation of carbon emissions and carbon emission reductionpotential of the transport subsystem of low carbon building complex, found that,comprehensive low-carbon effect is obvious by taking improvement measures for trafficorganization. To simplify the calculation, select the micro-architecture of complexconstruction projects in the estimation of low-carbon, the project conducts a simulationanalysis of the large amount of public buildings, and "input-output of carbon emissionreceipts of low carbon technology" methods of comparison and selection of relevantprogram, have come to the construction optimization scheme. |
