Research Of Asphalt Pavement Preventive Maintenance Technology Application In Northeast Inner Mongolia

With the rapid economic development of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in recent years,the traffic volume of the whole region is increasing year by year,and the increasing traffic volume has more and more pressure and challenge on the highway maintenance unit.As the main stress layer of highway pavement,asphalt pavement directly bears the coupling effect of vehicle load,atmosphere,temperature,humidity and other natural factors,which is easy to produce early diseases,leading to the reduction of road service life and driving safety.It is necessary to adopt timely and scientific maintenance.Preventive maintenance,as an early initiative intervention measure,has been widely concerned around the world.Based on the investigation of the existing disease types and causes of the asphalt pavement in the northeast of Inner Mongolia and the analysis of the evaluation data of the technical condition of the road asphalt pavement in this region,this paper analyzes the main road diseases caused by the climate conditions,energy transportation and heavy load vehicles in the northeast of Inner Mongolia and the current situation and development trend of the preventive maintenance technology of the asphalt pavement According to the road condition evaluation indexes such as road damage state,road driving quality,road structure strength,etc.The applicability of various preventive maintenance measures is analyzed based on the domestic and foreign engineering examples.The maintenance technology of micro surface,grouting method,fog seal layer and pavement cover is used to maintain different sections of the road.Based on the construction monitoring and indoor and outdoor test results of the highway preventive maintenance project,the corresponding evaluation is made.The results show that the preventive maintenance technology can effectively inhibit the development of pavement diseases,improve the performance of highway,reduce the cost of highway life cycle maintenance,and effectively promote the development of local economy.
