This article selects the high voltageelectrical test system design and application as a subject, mainly in high voltage electricalsystem of high voltage motor and the high voltage electrical switch test, established themodel, and the analysis of the test data. Thus， for high pressure of the electric systemprovides a reference for the performance improvement.Test system using industrial PC for PC and PLC programmable controller for thenext place machine, realize the comprehensive high voltage motor type test no-load, stall,rise of temperature and load control requirements for the purpose. Systems use precisionrequirements of the digital display and pointer measuring instrument realize the originaldata collection, based on the theory of motor and numerical analysis method, the motorcharacteristics of the mathematical model establishment and the characteristic curve fittingprocess, use the programming characteristic industrial computer fitting and the originaldata to be automatic processing.This paper also is of high voltage motor products factory test project, switch testitems and the factory qualified discriminant problem, and the same specification prototypetype test electrical properties on the basis of qualified for the factory area limits.
