Research On Quality Control Of Municipal Public Project At Construction Stage

A deeply research on quality control of municipal public project at constructionstage are discussed in this paper. According to the characteristics of project qualitycontrol, the history of the project quality control mode is described and thedisadvantage of traditional mode is analyzed.Prevention first and human-oriented as development direction of the projectquality control mode is validated effectively by engineering examples. The elementsinfluencing the project quality, such as human factors, material factors, mechanicalfactors and environmental factors, are compared and analyzed. And this paper pointsout that the process of the project implementation, in essence, is the process of strictlycontrol of the above factors. This quality control mode is carried out and enforcedthrough the application of engineering practice, and achieves good results.
