Analysis Of Critical Success Factors For Recycling Of Construction Waste

In order to implement the " national mid long term science and technologydevelopment plan (2006-2020)"," the Twelfth Five-Year Plan for national economyand social development " and "" the Twelfth Five-Year" science and technologydevelopment planning of the state", six ministries and the Chinese Academy of Scienceshave jointly developed ""the Twelfth Five-Year" special planning for science andEngineering of waste materials resource ", put the resource of solid waste, whichinclude construction waste,into " the Twelfth Five-Year" agenda. Construction wasterecycling process will be impacted by these elements such as the system, economic,social, environmental and other factors which restrict it. Among these factors, to findout which factors are the key success ones affecting construction waste resource, theauthor of this paper has deeply studied.This paper on the basis of current situationof construction waste resource in ourcountry, combined withthe practice in Chongqing, has put forward the issue whichneeds to study for successful implementation of construction waste resources inChongqing. And then through the massive literature reading, it gives the researchhypothesis for research design, then undertakes on-the-spot survey of current situationof Chongqing city construction waste resource, and discusses with experts on the initialconstruction waste recycling success factors. According to questionnaire we obtain data,then the data are analyzed with principal component analysis, finally we extract five keyfactors which impact Chongqing city construction waste recycling process respectively:consciousness of construction waste resource, system protection of construction wasteresource, the associated costs of resource, conducively technical measures to promoteresource and environmental capacity. Finally these key factors are illustrated, forChongqing city construction waste resource this paper puts forward somecorresponding suggestions.The research results of this thesis provide theoretical support to the implementationof construction waste resource to Chongqing and the similar cities in our country, withreference significance.
