The thesis researches the loading device and control system of the shell steering gear.The device consists of two parts, one is the load system of the shell steering gear ’sphysical simulation test bench, the other one is the loading system of the shell rudder shaft.The shell steering gear ’s physical simulation test bench offers the installation platform forthe equipment in the same space position, which simulates the inertial load and fluid loadthat the shell steering gear endured when working, in order to research the effect of theinstallation mode and hydraulic-pipes fixed mode on the vibration and noise. The loadingsystem of the shell rudder shaft is used to research the effect of the friction between ruddershaft and collar on the vibration and noise, when under heavy-load and big-friction. Thetwo systems are both the key device for the research of the shell steering gear ’s vibrationand noise, which are significant to the improvement of the concealment of the submarine.In the research of the load system of the shell steering gear ’s physical simulation testbench, same inertia plate is used to simulate the inertial load, and the proportional reliefvalve is used to provide back-pressure for the hydraulic cylinder to simulate the fluid load.Based on the mathematic model of the system and analysis of loading force, the thesis geta conclusion that with the existence of redundant force, precise loading is unable toachieved. Supporting synchronous compensator and structural invariance principle thesetwo control methods are employed to inhibit the redundant force, and the validity isverified by using AMESIM to simulate the system.In the research of the shell rudder shaft, the velocity sensor haves seriousmeasurement error and the system can’t realize the speed control. In order to solve thisproblem, high precision angle sensor is used to realize high-precision position control, andparalleled with feedback of velocity correction, then, fulfilled the precision requirementsof speed control.The research result is used in monitoring software of the shell steering gear, andachieve in good results in the actual application.
