Research Of Urban And Rural Public Transportation Integrated Development Based On The Concept Of "Smart Growth"

Urban and rural public transportation integration is not only the important content butalso an effective tool for urban and rural development. With the acceleration of urbanizationprocess, in the integration of urban and rural public transportation, road passengerdecentralized management and different policies, regulations, and management mode areresulting in different technical standards and have differences in vehicles, stations, roads, andcapacity standard; The ubiquitous phenomenon of urban and rural public transportation are“beckoning stop”, operating frequencies uncertain and departure interval indefinite;different mode about transport operators、car type、charges varied and disorder urban areparticularly prominent.According to above urban and rural public transportation Issues, in this paper theconcept of "smart growth" will apply to the urban and rural public transport integration plan,and solve the above problem effectively.It will have far-reaching significance to providespace for development to create a good integration of urban and rural public transportation.On the basis of induction about summary of related research, this paper integratelyexplicated the basic theories and methods of the professions and disciplines such as cityplanning and system engineering theory. In line with the concept of "smart growth", thispaper systematic researched planning and organization scheme of the integration of urban andrural public transportation.Firstly, put the concept of "Smart Growth"(Smart Growth Online) in the city planningfor public transportation into use of urban and rural integration, and based on this concept,put forward the virtual district traffic forecast analysis method to provide the technicalsupport; once again through the analysis of the overview about the main influence factors ofline network and line network layout to confirm the lines of classification, layout structure,rational scale, and make an suitable scheme for urban and rural public transportation networklayout; Then analysis the urban and rural public transport integration organization planrespectively from transport capacity, hair class times, models configuration, class lineconfiguration, vehicle scheduling, etc, and put forward the corresponding management modeand the policy, through in-depth study of the theory to confirm the reasonable urban and ruralpublic traffic organization plan; Finally through putting forward recent planning scheme, organization plan and policy suggestions to the Xunyang county public transportation toreflect the practical value of this study.
