Using The Theory Of Value Engineering To Select The Reinforcing Scheme Of The Frame Structure

Architecture is the place of human living, where the heart laid aside. Health and safety,economy and comfortable are the basic requirements and pursuits of every building designerand the subordinate.Along with the vigorous development of the construction industry, the frame structure withits own unique characteristic has gradually become the best of modernization, but anystructural problem is to let person shame. Strong skeleton will also have damaged, and can’twake normally. However, domestic buildings mostly pursuit the quantity, and there are moreand more aging buildings. Therefore, the building structure strengthening problem is put onthe agenda.Aiming at the frame structure with its own characteristics, how to choose the appropriate,effective and feasible structure reinforcement method is the most important thing.After the investigation of reinforce research in existing buildings, standing in the basis ofthe theory of structural strengthening, and combined with the particularity of the framestructure reinforcement, feasible structure reinforcing schemes were made. What’s more,proper selection model was established by combining the value engineering theory and thestructural strengthening theory. Then focusing on the analysis of the specific meaning of thethree elements-value index, function index and cost index in the structure of thereinforcement project, the function and the cost assay plans were given, besides the weightindex was calculated and a specific formula of quantitative analysis was given. At last, byexpounding the selection method and basis of the frame structure reinforcing scheme, aselection model was established to guide the frame structure reinforcement. Then choosing asuperior structure reinforcing scheme to guide the structure of frame construction strengthen,and offer practical theory for frame structure reinforcement technology development andpromotion in China for the future.
