The Research Of Reconstruction On Rural Settlements System In Underdeveloped Area

Great changes have taken place in the traditional rural space about large numbers of the population to urban concentration, along with the accelerating industrialization and urbanization in our Country. With the development of rural industry, the rural space development of eastern coastal developed areas has experienced from" dispersion--accumulation--network development" process, but rural space is still in the relatively dispersed phase in most of the underdeveloped area as a result of endogenous power shortage. In recent years, along with the Country to country development seriously stage by stage, and the number of rural development, introduction of relevant policies, to rural development about less developed areas had very big stimulative effect.The article is to thorough research on the present situation of rural settlement system space characteristics, dynamic mechanism and the mode of the reconstruction about less developed area in China based on the above background, using comparative analysis and inductive research method, from a regional perspective. First of all, systematically elaborated the research theory and practice experience about domestic and foreign rural settlements system, and points out the inadequacies of the study through summarizing the domestic and foreign on rural residential construction. Then analysis the influence of rural development about rapid urbanization in underdeveloped area through field survey data. Multi-angle to analyse the present situation characteristics and the predicament of the development in underdeveloped rural settlements system on rapid urbanization background, and derived the evolution trend of underdeveloped rural settlements system through revealing the evolution rule about coastal developed areas rural settlements system: the decrease in the number of centralized, scale, function of diversity, traditional agricultural economy to modern agriculture system evolution, urban and rural networking tendency; Then summing up the reconstruction of dynamical mechanism on undeveloped rural settlements system from three aspects:endogenous power, external power and control force, and then put forward the mode of the rural settlement system reconstruction:divided into plain and mountainous area mode, suburban models and general area mode according to the terrain and location, and the use of top-down and bottom-up combination as well as regional coordinated method, through the way of village evaluation, village relocation and industrial optimization, facilities guidance and policy guide system to reconstruction. Finally by selecting the research object on mid less developed area as the representative of Anhui province Chizhou city to carry the empirical study about rural settlements system.Through reconfiguring the underdeveloped rural settlements system, the author hope to enrich the theoretical research in our country rural settlements system development, and to provide a reference for the development of other rural settlements system.
