| The translation-torsion response will happen in the eccentric structures by strong earthquakeaction and the torsion will destroy the structures badly.With the development of the seismicenergy dissipative technique,the viscous dampers offer a new way to control the eccentricstructures’tosional effect.In this thesis, the energy dissipation-seismic reduction of coupledtranslation-torsion response of eccentric structure with viscous dampers has been studied,and thedamper’rod arrangement rule and Optimum arrangement in the structure has beenstudied,too.which contains:1. the dadly damage by torsional response and in eccentric structure are summarized in thispaper and the structure torsional effect analysis and design and the seismic energy dissipation aresummarized in the paper;2. the analysis model are introduced,and seismic energy design methods are summarized inthis paper. the tenet of viscous damper are intrduced. The bod of the viscous damper has someinfluence in thedamper’s stiffness are analysised.3. Two bod layout methods,are introduced.and the influence to the structure’s resistanceperformance are discussed;form a damper reasonably,the damper will play its full role inreducing the translation-torsion response; SSA,one of the optimum installation methods areintrduced.Based on the single index interaminar displacement angle, inter-story torsion angle andinteraminar displacement angle are intrduced in optimum installation,and calculating results ofthe2sitution are compared.Results show that the given method can install dampers feasibilityand credibility.4. Bod and viscous dampers are intrduced in controlling one type of eccentric structures,controling period ratio overrun. |
