Study Of Planning For Energy-Saving And Ecological Community Based On The Stakeholder Theory

With the rapid development of economy, the world is fecing the increasingly serious environmental problems.Current,our country is in the period of rapid develope nt of city construction,residential construction has increased year by year, residential construction process consumes a lot of energy,the energy crisis has become an indisputable fect.In the joint efforts of the whole society,energy saving,ecological philosophy in many aspects gradually received attention and Green Mei,especially in the living environment is received extensive attention.Along with people’s energy conservation,ecological awareness,ecological residential district construction energy conserveation has become the focus of city construction develop-ent direction,and good planning and design is to achieve energy saving and ecological residential area is the key and foundation.How to correctly use the energy-saving and ecological principles in residential district planning,to create a harmonious environment for human and nature, to realize the sustainable development of residential district has an important theoretical and practical significance.This article tries to find a new design concept and method to solve the residential district planning and design and construction of the practical problems. Thro ugh the Chinese and foreign literature study and lots of practice data collection,first pointed out energy-saving ecological residential area concept,connotation and characteristics of.Aiming at these characteristics,put forward energy-saving ecological residential area design ideas,principle,model,layout and detail design strategies.Then from the perspective of stakeholders on energy saving and ecological residential district constr uction relates to the interests of the main existing problems are analyzed,on the basis of this,put forward energy-saving construction of ecological residential districts implement mechanism,namely through market mechanism,administrative mechanism, legal mechanism,social mechanism can guarantee energy-saving ecological residential area planning and implementation.
